This apartment enjoys a tranquil rural location in a tiny hamlet at the foot of Dartmoor s White Tor meaning that guests are able to enjoy miles of walks directly from the front door of the property. The property isn t completely remote though as just two miles away lies the town of Tavistock with its farmers market boutique shops bistros pubs and cafes. The property s mid-Devon location means that it is possible to reach both the north and south coasts of Cornwall in under an hour and of particular interest are the fishing village of Looe King Arthur s Tintagel and the National Trust village of Boscastle. This ground-floor apartment is one of two properties at this location making it an ideal place if you would like to holiday with friends whilst also being able to retain some privacy. This is a studio apartment but it is in no way cramped in fact it is spacious and has a light and airy feel to it. The bedroom area of the apartment has its own space to one end of the property and has a comfortable double bed with stylish bedside lamps and tables. The open-plan living area is directly opposite the bedroom area where the sofa makes a relaxing place to curl up and watch the TV and DVD which also benefits from Netflix and Freeview. Outside there is an exclusive patioed seating area and guests are able to make use of the one-acre of shared gardens and where you will find seating areas. Off-road parking is available for one car.
