A short stroll will take you through the renowned 13th-century town walls and onto the cobbled streets of the town centre where you ll discover the vibrant cafe culture of Tudor Square during the summer months. Apart from the pretty harbour and four beautiful sandy beaches there are also plenty of local attractions to enjoy and all are within a short driving distance such as Manorbier Castle 6 miles away and Manor House Wildlife Park 3.5 miles away. Accessed via six flights of stairs this third-floor loft apartment has sea views character beams and sloped ceilings offering a comfortable base for small families or couples. Upon entering the accommodation you ll discover an open-plan living space consisting of a lounge/kitchen/diner furnished with a double sofa bed to sleep two guests. A feature fireplace TV DVD player and armchair complete the lounge area and the dining table seats four beneath the reduced-head-height section of the room. A contemporary-style kitchen provides an electric hob oven fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher and two bay windows tucked in the alcoves fill the room with natural light. A doorway leads through to the bedroom a pleasant space with a double bed desk bedroom furniture and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Outside a small seating area offers a unique viewpoint for admiring the scenery and parking is subject to availability at a nearby public car park for a small cost.
