Guests will be spoilt for choice for things to see and do in the area. Ideally placed for exploring and sampling all that this beautiful area has to offer including the nearby shopping arcade with cafes stroll a little further to Babbacombe Downs which is great for walkers alternatively take a ride on the cliff railway. Torquay Marina and harbour Living Coasts and Torquay s coastal zoo. Further afield within driving distance are Brixham a small fishing town Exeter with its shopping centre and Dartmouth. Upon entering the private gated courtyard area the level patio provides direct access to the single-storey annexe. The front door leads into a welcoming and a contemporary fitted kitchen with an electric oven and hob microwave and small fridge with ice compartment. One step down you will enter into the open-plan lounge/diner. This bright and airy room is the ideal spot for relaxing after a day out exploring.
