A short stroll from Bideford town centre this lovely bungalow is well located on a private no-through road. Guests can take a short walk to explore the town s shops restaurants and pubs. There are several beaches in the area including those at Westward Ho! and Instow both only a short drive away. These two beaches also have shops pubs and restaurants that are well worth discovering. Guests can enjoy the olde-worlde charm of Appledore a fishing village that is famous for its arts crafts and maritime heritage and families will love a day out visiting nearby attractions such as the The Big Sheep The Milky Way Dartington Crystal and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. Inside the property the comfortable lounge has an electric fire and TV. The dining room contains a gas fire dining table and seating for four people. Entertainment in the room is provided by a TV DVD player and radio/CD player. The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven hob and microwave plus the utility room contains a fridge/freezer washing machine and tumble dryer. There is one king-size bedroom with a wardrobe and bedside tables as well as one twin bedroom furnished in a similar manner. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Outside there is a lawn at the front of the property and a raised lawn at the rear. There is also a patio with garden furniture at the back of the house an ideal place to enjoy an evening meal in the sun. Ample off-road parking is provided for guests. Please note that the bungalow is accessed via an unmade private lane. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 twin. Bathroom with shower and WC. Kitchen with gas oven, hob and microwave.
