This property is ideally located to discover an abundance of what Cornwall has to offer. It is close to Truro Cornwall s only city which boasts an array of shops restaurants and pubs along its quaint cobbled streets. With two main roads in easy reach of the cottage day trips to Newquay St Austell St Ives and Falmouth are all recommended and not too far in the car or stay closer to home and take a stroll on the footpath directly from the land you re staying on. There s plenty of tea rooms scattered around for a traditional Cornish cream tea or if you fancy something a little more energetic there are lots of local cycle routes. Stylish furnishings and décor create a lovely home from home feel in this stunning converted barn where spacious inviting rooms allow you to relax and truly enjoy your holiday. The lounge features traditionally upholstered soft furnishings that you can get comfy on whilst watching the TV/DVD or a Blu-Ray and has French doors leading out onto the enclosed private garden for you to enjoy a spot of sunshine. If you d rather stay in and cook the open plan kitchen/diner has beautifully fitted units a dining table and is well-equipped with everything you could need to create a culinary masterpiece. Integrated appliances include an electric double oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher and washing machine. There is a separate ground floor WC. Upstairs the property offers two bedrooms the first of which is a generous king-size room and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The second bedroom with a super-king-size zip-and-link bed that can be made into a twin on request. This room also has an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Venturing outside there is a private enclosed gravelled garden accessed via the French doors in the lounge which has a patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ. There is also an open grass area adjacent to the Parking area. Off-road parking for three cars. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request at time of booking). 2 en suite bathrooms, 1 separate WC. Sleeps 4 1 an additional single bed can be supplied to sleep an additional child 12 years or younger in the twin room if requested at time of booking. Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Electric and underfloor heating included. Wi Fi included. TV/DVD/Blu Ray in lounge. Owners sell a small selection of local and home produce on site. Breakfast hamper and one pot hampers can be arranged. Pizza oven available for guests to hire by prior arrangement operated by owners. 3 dogs welcome (further by arrangement) owners' politely request that all dogs are treated against fleas prior to arrival.
