Striking from the moment you arrive this charming holiday cottage is situated in picturesque countryside with delightful views from the upper floor. Its rural location lends itself well to being a peaceful retreat as well as an ideal location to base yourself for exploring Cornwall from all angles. The central position in the county makes it easy to discover many different areas going north to Newquay and Padstow west to St Ives and Penzance south to Falmouth or east to St Austell. Each direction offers a different taste of Cornish life and a variety of attractions to explore. The property which is approached by five external stone steps offers reverse-level accommodation the ground floor has both bedrooms. The first bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed that can be made into a twin on request with memory foam mattress to ensure a comfortable night s sleep whilst the second room has a king-size bed again with memory foam mattress. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with WC. Upstairs there is an additional WC. The lounge is a spacious and airy room with stylish soft furnishings TV with Freesat DVD fantastic countryside views and French doors leading out onto a decked area. The kitchen diner is open-plan and comprises of a dining table and chairs and integrated appliances including electric double oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside the property benefits from a decked area to enjoy the rural views private enclosed patio area gravel garden to the side of the property with garden furniture and BBQ as well as open lawn. There is ample off-road parking. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 super king size zip and link (can be made into a twin on request). 2 en suite shower rooms and 1 separate WC. Property sleeps 4 1 an additional temporary bed for a child under 12 can be set up when the twin room is requested. Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Electric and underfloor heating included. Bed linen and towels included . Wi Fi included. 3 dogs welcome (further by arrangement) owners politely request that all dogs be treated against fleas before arrival. TV/DVD.
