Located a short distance from Charmouth Bay this property offers a private garden for all the family to enjoy. There are dog walks from the doorstep and a handy shop selling essential supplies only a short walk away. Located near to the beautiful Jurassic Coast nearby Charmouth has a pub and a popular sand and shingle beach which is a favourite spot for bathing or why not wait for the tide to go out exposing many rock pools to explore. If you re feeling energetic a pleasant walk around the bay will take you to Lyme Regis famed for its cobbled streets and colourful cottages. You will find this picturesque area has an abundance of pretty places to visit including the market town of Bridport and a choice of quintessential country villages ideal for walking cycling and all manner of outdoor pursuits. A path from the parking area leads you to the property where you are met by a useful utility area with a washing machine and fridge before coming into the bright and airy open-plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob fridge with ice compartment dishwasher and microwave. Leading off from here is the cosy lounge it is the ideal place to relax with a film as it is equipped with a TV and DVD.
