An array of independent shops and cafes can be found on the high street and it also boasts a lovely park and popular golf course. Just a short drive from both the Blackdown Hills and East Devon Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty slightly further afield Exmoor and Dartmoor wait to be enjoyed. Visit the stunning cathedral city of Exeter with an array of shops bars restaurants cinemas and theatre. The world renowned Jurassic Coast and the delightful seaside resorts of Lyme Regis Seaton Sidmouth and Exmouth are also within driving distance. Other attractions include Escot Gardens and numerous National Trust properties. Good location for Devon Somerset and Dorset. On entering the pretty property the first room is a beautifully light and bright conservatory/diner overlooking the garden and from here French doors lead to the next room which is a cosy lounge where comfortable sofas sit in front of a Smart TV and a warming wood burner effect electric fire. Still on the same level the accommodation is completed by the bedrooms and these comprise of two versatile super-king-size bedrooms (which can be made up as twins on request) one of these has and en-suite wet room with shower and WC which is Jack and Jill in style so that can also be accessed via the hallway. To the side of the property there is a lovely enclosed lawn area with garden furniture and BBQ. There is private off-road parking for one car provided on the owners driveway directly outside further parking is available by arrangement.
