This quiet corner of Suffolk is an ideal retreat for guests wishing to find a relaxing break with days sightseeing. Cyclists and ramblers will find a myriad of paths and tracks locally through scenic countryside. Just four miles away is Suffolks Heritage Coast where you may wish to take a stroll along Aldeburgh high street with a wide selection of boutiques eateries and art galleries or try award winning fish and chips on the promenade lined by pretty pastel coloured 19th century villas. The coast is also home of the renowned reserve RSPB Minsmere Orford Ness Snape Maltings shops and concert hall and of course the lovely sandy beaches of the popular seaside resorts of Walberswick and Southwold. Upon arriving at the cottages guests will enter the property to find an open-plan kitchen/diner which is well equipped for those choosing to dine in with electric oven and hob microwave fridge. The lounge features an exposed brick fireplace with wood burner a two seater sofa and two fireside chairs to ensure a relaxed and cosy feel while watching the TV/DVD. Also on the ground floor is a separate WC and a porch with washing machine and tumble dryer. The steep cottage style stairs lead to the first floor where you will find two bedrooms a double and a bunk bedroom. Finishing the accommodation is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Venturing outside the cottage has pretty gardens with large raised decking area with picnic table ideal for some alfresco dining and an enclosed lawn area for children or pets to expend any excess energy. There is off-road parking for one car at the rear of the cottage as well as the start of a walking trail. Sandy or muddy paws can also make use of the outside tap. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 bunk bedroom. 1 bathroom and 1 WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment. Utility area in porch with washing machine and tumble dryer. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Wi Fi included. Electric and central heating included. Bed linen and towels included. Off road parking for 1 car. 2 dogs welcome. Beach 4 miles, shop 2 miles and pub within walking distance. Complex of properties. TV/DVD in lounge. Please be aware the staircase to first floor is steep.
