The famous five beaches are at the heart of this town Great Western Tolcarne Towan Lusty Glaze and of course Fistral. The original harbour still retains its fishing fleet and is a great place to relax and unwind in one of the waterside cafes. Attractions in the local area include a plethora of restaurants golf courses karting Newquay Zoo Pirates Quest the Eden Project and many National Trust properties. Enter the property into the central hallway with stairs leading to both the first floor lounge/kitchen/diner area and the lower ground floor where the bedrooms are located. The lounge/kitchen/diner has been tastefully furnished making this an absolutely perfect holiday home. Heading downstairs to the lower ground floor you will find the two bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms with shower over bath and WC and French doors to the garden and decking area. The first bedroom is a king-size dressed in a cool palette of whites and greys and the second bedroom is a twin this spacious room has the added advantage of two additional single pull-out beds. Heading outside there is an enclosed garden laid to lawn with decking and furniture again taking in the coastal views. There is off-road parking for one car provided.
