Tideswell is one of the Peak District s most popular picturesque villages and makes an excellent base for walking cycling and exploring the area. It also has fantastic amenities to enjoy such as pubs shops cafes and independent retailers. The Pennine Bridleway open to cyclists walkers and horse riders also weaves up through the Peak District to the west of Tideswell. At the southern end of the village of Tideswell is a nature reserve featuring a delightful sculpture trail. The village is also well known for its annual Well Dressing with carnivals parades and fun for the whole family together with the annual food festival. Stepping into the cottage you are led into the open-plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen area offers an electric oven and gas hob fridge/freezer and washing machine. The central dining table provides a wonderful space to plan the day s activities over breakfast or dinner. Leading through to the cosy lounge a wonderful place to relax with a good book with warming wood burner comfortable sofas and TV the perfect place to put your feet up after a day exploring the area. Upstairs on the first floor the cottage has two bedrooms one double and one twin. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading outside the property there is a patio garden to the front of the property with a lovely BBQ area and garden furniture to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining during those warmer months. There is plenty of free parking in the public car park subject to availability in the market square located opposite the cottage. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin. 1 bathroom.
