This property is situated in the quirky Little Chelsea area of Eastbourne close to the main town centre and just a fifteen-minute walk from the beach. Little Chelsea is the artisan area of the town and prides itself on offering a good range of independent shops which are a world away from the usual high-street offerings. There is also a fantastic choice of coffee shops restaurants and bars all within a few minutes walk of the property. Those who enjoy spending time in the outdoors will love the fact that The South Downs National Park lies just to the west of the town with Beachy Head easily accessible by a rewarding two-mile down-land walk. A brick archway off the High Street leads down a path to the front door of this cottage which opens directly into the property s cosy lounge/diner. This homely room offers a comfortable sofa and chair for relaxing in front of the TV and a dining area with table with seating four and an attractive original Victorian fireplace.
