Situated in a peaceful village setting there are plenty of year-round attractions and places to visit nearby. The beautiful and traditional coastal town of Sheringham just a short drive to the north is known for its lovely beach and promenade great choice of pubs cafes restaurants independent shops and steam railway while adjacent Cromer enjoys pier entertainment. A short drive to the Norfolk Broads where a boat trip for the day is the best way to explore the myriad of unique waterways. Sightseers will enjoy visits to the impressive National Trust properties of Sheringham Park Felbrigg and Blickling Hall while younger guests are sure to make many happy memories from trips to Amazona Zoo BeWilderwood and The Dinosaur Adventure park. Upon entering the hallway with coat rack and handy shoe storage guests will initially walk through to the delightful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The full height ceiling and tiled flooring give this room a spacious and airy feel. While the exposed timbers and comfortable furnishings provide a cosy and intimate atmosphere in which to relax after a day exploring the local area. Sinking into the sofa with a good novel to watch the Smart TV/DVD or listen to some music with the CD player during any downtime is sure to re-charge the batteries. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything required for holiday dining including an electric oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and a handy dishwasher to help with the dishes. The dining table provides a perfect spot to enjoy any resulting cuisine and plan the next day s adventures. The main bedroom accommodates a double bed and bedroom furniture and the second bedroom offers guests flexibility with twin beds. Both bedrooms have full height beamed ceilings with atmospheric lighting. For those who enjoy spending any spare time outdoors the cottage has an enclosed lawned garden area to the front creating space for the garden furniture and charcoal BBQ.
