Set in a quiet residential road yet within a short walk of a selection of amenities including a golf course leisure centre swimming pool tennis courts numerous shops galleries and a selection of beautiful sandy beaches. The South West Coast Path offers spectacular walking there is also the wetland bird sanctuary and nature reserve with lovely scenery. This is a great location for touring both Devon and Cornwall with the town being conveniently located off the A39 and days out could include visits to The Eden Project the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly Boscastle Rock and Padstow. As you enter the bungalow the hallway is the perfect place to leave your walking boots behind you. To the left of the front doors is the open-plan lounge/diner. The lounge area with two large comfy sofas a coal effect gas fire and TV is truly a great space for those nights in after a long day on the beach. Off the lounge is the dining area which offers seating for all guests and views over the garden. Heading out of the lounge across the hallway is the kitchen area which offers a gas oven and hob washing machine fridge with ice compartment and microwave. To the left of the kitchen is the first of the two bedrooms a king-size with views over the rear garden. Next door is the shower room with shower and WC. Leading on down the hallway is the second bedroom which is made up as a twin. Heading outside you have an enclosed rear garden with lawn area great for the little ones of the party as well as for our legged friends. Also on offer is a patio area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. There is off-road parking for two cars and further roadside parking subject to availability. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin. 1 shower room. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Electric and central heating included.
