This lovely apartment is located in the seaside town of Teignmouth which boasts two beaches and a selection of attractions and places of interest. The main town beach has a sandy shore and promenade there is a quieter river beach from where it is possible to catch the passenger ferry across the estuary to the attractive unspoilt village of Shaldon with its fishing harbour and Smugglers Tunnel. Just ten miles away visitors will find the town of Torquay a popular resort nestled on the north side of the bay which makes up the pretty coastal region known as the English Riviera celebrated for its palm fronted beaches thanks to the area s warmer than average microclimate. Upon entering this first-floor Victorian apartment you will be greeted with the hallway where you can kick off your shoes and coats.
