The traditional Warwickshire village of Lighthorne sits just off the Fosseway well served with a village inn and surrounded by breath-taking countryside and picturesque villages to include Gaydon and Kineton. Ideally placed to explore Warwickshire Stratford-upon-Avon is within easy reach with something for all tastes. Visit the market town of Warwick or take in the history of Warwick Castle. A little further south the heart of the Cotswolds has many traditional villages and market towns to include Moreton-in-Marsh Broadway and Stow-on-the-Wold. This area is also well served by the National Trust with properties and gardens to include Blenheim Palace Ann Hathaway s cottage and gardens and Upton House and Gardens to name but a few. Well secluded behind a mature hedgerow there are 3 steep steps up to the front door. Step inside and leave your walking boots by the door. The entrance hall has a contemporary touch and gives access to the lounge where you can sit back and relax in front of the wood burner the cosy sofas are finished with colourful cushions and throws a TV is set to the side. Further off the hallway you can step into the kitchen/diner finished with a contemporary style with wooden work tops and a breakfast bar. Well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave American style fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. A dining table for four takes centre stage. So when it s time to say goodnight continue down the hallway where you will find two bedrooms. A king with fitted cupboards and DVD player and a twin room. There is a shower room with shower and WC. Step outside and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sun the garden sits to the side of the property with a table and chairs. There is bike storage available and off-road parking for one car.
