Situated in a quiet part of the village and within walking distance of the quaint cobbled streets where many cafes and independent shops are on offer. Enjoy a meal in one of the local pubs or restaurants and admire the views across to Instow you can even take the ferry across during the summer months. In the area there are stunning walks along the coastal path or the famous Tarka Trail. Within a short car journey of the property is one of North Devon s main beaches Westward Ho! which boasts a two mile stretch of golden sands and the unique pebble ridge. Other family attractions in the area are The Milky Way Adventure Park The Big Sheep RHS Rosemoor and Let s Go Bowling & Skating. On entering this beautiful cottage you are greeted by a light and airy hallway which will be the perfect spot to hang your coats and leave your walking boots behind. To your right is the lounge where you can cosy up under a throw and enjoy a movie or two on the Smart TV. Head down the hallway where you will find a separate WC next to the entrance of the spacious kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob microwave and dishwasher this space is great for budding cooks. Leading off the kitchen via the utility room (with washing machine) there is the dining room which offers seating for up to four guests. The utility room has a fridge/freezer and also leads to the bathroom with a hand-held shower over bath and WC. Heading up the stairs after a long day of exploring and here you will find two bedrooms the master which offers a double bed Smart TV and en-suite shower and WC. Across the landing is the twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a king-size on request at the time of booking) and Smart TV. Heading outside the property has a quaint courtyard space with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ. A great place for a spot of tea or to allow the dog to dry off after a long walk along the beach. There is roadside parking available subject to availability alternatively there is a long stay car park located nearby. Need to know: 2 Bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin zip and link (which can be made up as a king size on request at the time of booking). 1 Bathroom, 1 en suite shower room and 1 separate WC. Electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room with a fridge/freezer and washing machine. Electric and central heating included. Wi Fi included. 2 dogs welcome.
