This detached property is set all on one level overlooking the picturesque Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains found just off the road between the villages of Talgarth and Bronllys. Three Cocks is within walking distance and has a shop and pubs to enjoy. This is an excellent spot to simply relax and is also an excellent base to explore the national park Wye Valley or visit the renowned town of books Hay-on-Wye which is just a short drive away. There are many activities on offer such as golf pony trekking canoeing and beautiful walks all within easy reach. Enter the traditional kitchen/diner which is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob dishwasher microwave and fridge/freezer and a dining table and chairs for an enjoyable evening meal. Outside there is a patio with bench table to enjoy a nice glass of wine in the sun there is also a large open grassed area which is shared with the two other properties with plenty of room to run off some energy.
