This property benefits from a peaceful location in the small village of Colkirck which lies just four miles outside the bustling market town of Fakenham. A trip into Fakenham is ideal for stocking up on supplies as well as enjoying a leisurely lunch in one of the town s numerous pubs coffee shops and restaurants. The countryside surrounding the property offers the ideal backdrop for enjoying scenic country walks and cycle rides whilst the vast sandy beaches at Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham Bay are perfect for enjoying beach games paddling swimming and sailing. Visitors who fancy having a day away from the beach may well enjoy a trip to the magnificent Holkham Hall and its surrounding estate which offers 25000 acres of grounds gardens and parkland. On arrival at this property guests come first to a small porch which opens into the welcoming lounge. This comfortable room is a homely space which has a TV/DVD and a CD player as well as a wood burning stove. A door from the lounge takes guests through to the kitchen/diner where they will find a dining table seating at one end whilst the kitchen area at the opposite end which offers a good range of equipment including an oven hob microwave fridge and washing machine. There is also a WC on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The first of these is a double room with bedside tables and a chest of drawers whilst the other is a spacious twin room. The bathroom is also on the first floor and offers a shower-over-bath and WC. Outside the property boasts an attractive garden with a sunny patio seating area which gives way to a good-sized lawn. There is garden furniture provided making it easy to enjoy alfresco dining in the summer months. Off-road parking is available for two cars. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin.
