Located in the Glaven valley one of the most popular areas of rural Norfolk this property is ideal for long walks and is only a short drive away from the coastal villages of Cley and Blakeney. Cley Marshes are a superb area for bird watching. Also just a short drive away you can discover Holt which is full of independent boutique shops restaurants tea rooms and characteristic pubs. Upon entering the cottage you will find a cosy lounge/diner the perfect place to relax on either the sofa or two arm chairs in front of the wood burner and a TV/DVD. The dining area has a dining table with seating for up to four guests with access to the garden here too. Heading back towards the entrance you will enter into a well-equipped kitchen featuring an electric oven and hob microwave washing machine and even a bread maker. From the kitchen you can make your way to the first floor via steep cottage style staircase where you will find two bedrooms to rest your head after a long day exploring a twin and a double also on this floor you will find the bathroom featuring a double walk in shower WC and wash hand basin and vanity unit. Heading outside to the rear of the property is an enclosed south facing patio with garden furniture to enjoy a summers evening relaxing with a glass of wine.
