This property is located close to the North-Western edge of Dartmoor National Park just three miles from the town of Okehampton where there are a number of shops takeaways and supermarkets as well as specialist shops which cater for Dartmoor s walkers cyclists and climbers. Dartmoor itself offers many miles of scenic walks for all abilities ranging from easy strolls through to challenging hikes and climbs. Other places of interest in the local area include Lydford Gorge Roadford Lake Country Park and the city of Exeter. This property offers comfortable accommodation for four guests. A set of external stairs lead across the raised decked terrace to the property s front door which opens directly into the beautiful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The fabulous lounge area offers beautiful feature windows allowing you to sit back and relax amongst the rich soft furnishings and watch your favourite programme on the TV/DVD or just enjoy an evening under the stars with the flame-effect electric fire glowing in the background. The washer/dryer is housed in a separate utility cupboard which also provides handy storage space.
