Slightly further away is the beautiful city of Lincoln with its castle cathedral and bespoke shops. For keen walkers there are numerous coastal and wold walks to enjoy. The seaside town of Mablethorpe provides an array of shops cafes amusements and pubs to enjoy. This is the perfect base for discovering the Lincolnshire coastline alongside other coastal towns such as Skegness Chapel St Lenoards and Sutton-on-Sea with attractions nearby. Stepping into the bungalow into the hallway you can kick off sandy shoes and wander through into the kitchen with everything you need to cook a good meal such as an electric oven and hob fridge mini fridge microwave and washing machine. Moving through into the dining room with a spacious dining table to enjoy a family meal a corner sofa and a TV. The lounge is set to the rear of the property and offers comfortable seating in front of the TV. With handy access to the garden via the patio doors. The double bedroom is situated just off the lounge with plenty of space to hang your clothes in the hallway wardrobes. Completing the ground floor there is a bright and airy bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading up the steep staircase to the first floor is the twin bedroom please note due to this being a loft conversion head height is restricted. Outside is a spacious enclosed garden relax with a cold drink and enjoy a summer BBQ or play some outdoor games on the grass. There is off-road parking for two cars.
