There are plenty of walking opportunities at your doorstep starting with Cargill s Leap and the Knockie. A plethora of trails include these two features and span landscapes of woodlands including scenic waterfalls and mills. Take a picnic to the nearby lakes such as Loch Drumellie which is perfect for afternoon strolls. Loch Clunie is a neighbouring lake and you can book activities such as paddle boarding or canoeing and see the isolated ruins of Castle Clunie that sit on the island in the middle of the lake. Upon entering this property you will find yourself in a bright hall that doubles as a conservatory with a seating area for socialising. To one side of the conservatory is the spacious lounge/dining room which has comfy sofas lovely decor and a TV to keep you entertained in the evenings. Through the dining area you ll find the kitchen which is fully-equipped for your stay with an electric oven and gas hob a microwave a fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer as well as a convenient breakfast bar. On the other side of the property are the bedrooms. These are two twin rooms similarly decorated with rich woods and warm tones that create a cosy and homely atmosphere. One twin has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC while the other has a private bathroom also with a shower over the bath and a WC. Outside you ll find a large walled garden a paved patio with a seating area ideal for al fresco dining and ample parking.
