Just slightly further afield are Woolacombe Saunton and Croyde known for their beautiful sandy beaches and some of the best surf this country has to offer; and in the other direction Combe Martin offers a pretty harbour and sheltered sandy bay with a 17th Century inn. Walkers will also be spoilt for choice with nearby access onto the South West Coast path plus stunning Exmoor just a short drive away. Other attractions in the area include Lynton and Lynmouth Watermouth Castle Lee Abbey The Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and Exmoor Zoo. Step inside this pretty property and you will firstly find yourself in a spacious entrance hall which provides a perfect place to store outdoor clothing and then an internal hallway with all rooms leading off this and handily arranged on the one-level. Towards the rear of the property the accommodation opens up into a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner a lovely light room which also boasts patio doors to outside. This great sociable space has been lovingly fitted and furnished in a cool contemporary style offers comfy seating a Smart TV/DVD and Bluetooth soundbar and provides a perfect place to relax or enjoy a laid back meal after a day exploring. Also perfectly presented and appointed is the stunning kitchen area which has an electric oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and a dishwasher. The next rooms are the pretty bedrooms both impeccably styled - a king-size bedroom and then a triple bunk bedroom (double with single over). Completing the offering inside the property is a light and fresh bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Stepping outside via the patio doors from the lounge you will then discover a large shared lawn garden with picnic benches. Guests also benefit from access to on-site shared play facilities including a tennis court and also a brilliantly equipped games room with a football table pool table darts board; and a wide selection of indoor and outdoor games including croquet. Private off-road parking for two cars is also provided. Due to the current situation the games room advertised at this property will be closed.
