Lancashire s iconic seaside town of Blackpool is close by with its miles of sandy beach amusements and pleasure beach with rides to suit all the family. With easy access to Preston Lancaster the Forest of Bowland Yorkshire Dales Lake District and Morecombe Bay making this a perfect base to explore the surrounding area. There is also plenty on offer from restaurants and bars to some retail therapy in the abundance of shops. This property has a stylish twist with a different and quirky layout. The lounge is located on the first floor which is the best room in the house with amazing views over the beach and beyond all from the comfort of two sofa s and Smart TV with patio doors leading out to the balcony. The well-planned kitchen offers an electric oven and hob microwave and fridge/freezer. On the second floor we have the first bedroom with a double and single bed plus a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. On the ground floor down a few steps is the main bedroom with double bed and en-suite with shower and WC. Then on to the games room with pool table dartboard and fridge perfect for an afternoon of entertainment and harmless competition. Hidden away is the dog room with plenty of space for your four-legged friends to have their own space and enjoy a good night s sleep in the cosy beds. Outside you will find a patio area with seating to enjoy those beautiful views across the sea along. Also there is a balcony off the lounge that offers panoramic views across the bay. There is one allocated parking space and on-street parking available (subject to availability). Please note there is a refundable 100 security deposit payable for this property closer to the start of your holiday.
