With popular Buxton just 4 miles away guests can enjoy the market town s many attractions events and shopping facilities. Walkers will never tire of the many routes available on this property s doorstep which explore the heart of the Peak District National Park. Visit Chatsworth and Haddon Hall and the National Trust s Hardwick Hall all of which have starred in BBC period dramas and historical films. Cycle hire is available on the many popular traffic-free cycle paths that meander through the stunning national park countryside. Inside the property has been designed with a reverse-level layout to make the most of the beautiful views from the reception rooms. On the ground floor are the two bedrooms one with a king-size bed the twin with two singles. Both rooms which share a shower room with WC enjoy plenty of rustic charm from the wooden floorboards exposed beams and traditional windows. On sunny days guests can enjoy sitting outside at the front of the property where a traditional dry-stone wall borders a patio area with picnic table. There is ample off-road parking.
