Essential supplies can be found in the nearby village of Hazelbury Bryan where there is a shop and pub or head to the riverside towns of Blandford and Sturminster Newton for a wider selection of amenities. Lovers of history will enjoy a visit to the village of Milton Abbas or Cerne Abbas where you can see the famous chalk giant carved into the hillside. Further south is the stunning Jurassic Coast with many popular sites including Lulworth Cove Abbotsbury and Ringstead Bay being accessible by car.
