Set down pretty Cornish country lanes this property is ideally located just a short drive away from Looe Liskeard and the traditional coves and fishing villages that hug the South Cornwall coast. Liskeard is just a mile away with all the amenities you could wish for. Heading north is Bodmin Moor with many walking opportunities with views of the countryside and the old mining houses. It is also within easy reach of Cornwall s many attractions including Lanhydrock House Looe s Monkey Sanctuary the Adrenaline Quarry and Looe Valley branch line. For the walkers visit Sibleyback Lake and for the cyclists there are many routes to choose from including Cardinham Woods. Or why not take a stroll down to the train at Causeland Station (a short walk from the property) which will take you directly to Looe. Step inside through the main entrance and into the light and bright lounge/kitchen. Complete with comfy seating and flame-effect electric fire this really is a lovely spot to snuggle up and watch your favourite programs on the Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave and fridge/freezer. The utility cupboard houses the washing machine and is tucked away in a hallway cupboard. The dining room is separate and has a lovely round sociable table where you can sit down together and enjoy a meal or two. The first of the two bedrooms is a good size double with lots of light and is immaculately presented.
