Located down a quiet lane this stylish detached property offers peace and tranquility with privacy assured from the owner s neighbouring property. The barn conversion is between two reservoirs the first used for sailing and the other for trout fishing. A short stroll from the property you ll find a network of cycle routes and footpaths including a cross-country walk that will lead you to a popular village pub. It s perfectly located for exploring much of the West Country with the famous Cheddar Gorge Wookey Hole and this historic towns of Glastonbury and Wells all within easy reach. Also nearby is the popular Clarks Village outlet shopping centre as well as Taunton with its high street shops cafes and restaurants. In the lounge you ll find plenty to keep the whole family entertained with a Wii console and an iPod dock as well as a TV and DVD. There s also a sofa bed providing extra accommodation for larger families or groups. If you opt to dine in at the barn you ll find a well-equipped kitchen/diner with a double oven and hob microwave and fridge/freezer. There s even a dishwasher so you won t need to argue over who will do the washing up. The light and airy bedrooms are also on ground level with one double which has a TV and a twin. There s also a shower room with WC. Stepping outside a wonderful wood-fired private hot tub takes pride and place with logs included. Relax here and take in the striking countryside views perhaps with a glass of bubbly. The enclosed garden also has a decked area with outdoor seating and a BBQ - perfect for dining alfresco. In the external building you ll find a washing machine which is shared with the property next door. Here you can also store any bikes and surfboards. There s off-road parking at the property.
