This property has a prime location just 400 yards from the expansive sandy beach at Porth and sits right opposite the tucked away beach Whipsiderry Beach which offers a magical seaside experience with sheltered sunbathing quiet sands caves and rock pools. There are steep steps to reach Whipsiderry but the climb is definitely worth it. This part of Cornwall attracts a diverse crowd from surfers out to catch a wave which is accessible from the property via a beach front walk. Whether you want an active or relaxed holiday there is much to be enjoyed here for all visitors. This first floor beachfront apartment benefits from a large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with views over the sea and a balcony which is perfect for relaxing and listening to the waves with a drink in hand. If you tire of gazing out over the ocean you may want to relax in front of the TV/DVD. The kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. The property s two bedrooms are both understated and tranquil: the first has a king size bed and an en-suite shower room with WC whilst the other a twin has a TV for playing DVDs. The main bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. French doors from the lounge area lead out onto the enclosed seafront balcony which has seating from which to enjoy the view. Parking for one car is provided in the form of a designated undercover space. Need to know: 2 bedrooms: 1 king size and 1 twin.
