Situated in the grounds of a locally renowned inn this bungalow is located in the very heart of Devon. The property is centrally located between Exmoor and Dartmoor which are great for walking riding and cycling and offer spectacular views. The nearby town of Crediton is lively and has a good range of shops and an indoor pool. The cathedral city of Exeter is a just a short drive away and has an abundance of attractions. Venturing further afield you could visit the beautiful sandy beaches of the north coast or enjoy the delights of the English Riviera on the south coast. On entering this terraced corner bungalow you will find yourself in the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The welcoming and cosy lounge area offers a TV DVD and electric effect fire. The bright and attractive dining area is ideal whether you re enjoying a snack or sitting down to a special meal. Heading over to the elegant kitchen you will find everything you may need including oven dishwasher microwave and fridge/freezer. Washing and drying facilities can be found in the neighbouring communal area. Exploring further you will find three comfortable bedrooms each with a TV. One is a double room with en-suite wet room and WC while the other two are twin bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Stepping outside you can relax in the patio area with an enclosed communal garden shared with the other properties in the complex. You will also have free use of the heated indoor swimming pool. The pool is open 7 days a week from 8am until 10pm though is sometimes closed for private bookings. Public opening time tables and full information can be found on site. There are two nearby carp fishing lakes. You will also have access to numerous sports facilities including snooker tables a skittle alley squash courts and a five-a-side all-weather pitch. Children will love the large outdoor adventure playground with zip slides and the indoor soft play area with ball ponds slides climbing areas and its own coffee shop. Sports hall offering badminton tennis netball and football (charges apply) Ample parking is available. Need to know: 3 bedrooms with TV. 1 double with en suite wet room and WC, 2 twin bedrooms.
