This attractive property is perfectly positioned for touring the ruggedly gorgeous county of Cornwall with its long sandy surfing beaches along the north and south coast. Major visitor attractions in the area include the Eden Project historic Plymouth with the maritime landmark the Hoe Barbican National Marine Aquarium numerous National Trust properties and gardens Jamaica Inn and many more. The area is also famed for its fantastic scenery and is the perfect haven for walkers. In the evenings relax with a BBQ on the patio or take a stroll to the village pub less than 1 mile away. Guests are also invited to indulge in a spot of fishing along the private 1 mile stretch of river (maximum of 2 rods). On arrival at this property you will notice that it retains much of its charm and character.
