Set out on foot to explore the local countryside which takes in rolling fields and beautiful woodland. A short drive will bring you to the Northumberland Heritage Coast where watersports and fantastic coastal walks can be enjoyed. Wildlife lovers should head for Newton Pool Bird Reserve or jump on a boat at Seahouses to visit the puffins and seals of the nearby Farne Islands. Inside the accommodation is stylish and inviting decorated in a contemporary style with Scandinavian and coastal influences. Prepare meals in the stylish modern kitchen area which offers wonderful rural views and contains everything you should need throughout your stay. The dining area nearby features ambient pendant lighting and Scandinavian-style furniture. At the end of a long day relax and unwind in the inviting lounge area where you will find two leather sofas a cosy wood burner Smart TV and fantastic views towards ancient woodland through glass patio doors. This property offers three well-presented bedrooms one double with en-suite shower room one twin and one single with an additional roll-out bed for a sixth guest if required. The bedrooms are light and airy with oak flooring fresh decor and modern furniture. There is also a tiled family bathroom with shower over the bath. Outside there is an enclosed patio garden with table and chairs for enjoying al fresco meals in the afternoon sun with your four-legged friends. There is also a lockable shed for storing bicycles and watersports equipment together with private off-road parking for two cars. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 en suite double, 1 twin and 1 single with additional single roll out bed for a 6th guest. 1 en suite bathroom and 1 bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Smart TV in the lounge. Wi Fi included. Enclosed garden with table and chairs and BBQ. Wood burner. Off road parking for 2 cars. 2 well behaved dogs welcome. The front patio/garden is totally enclosed with a gate but the fence is just 90cm and dogs will need supervision. Bed linen included. Heating and hot water included. Lockable shed for bicycles, surfboard and wetsuits. Property lies adjacent to the East Coast Mainline and about 100 yards from a level crossing with services up until about 11pm. However, the cottage has both modern sound and thermal insulation.
