Located on a quiet lane this bungalow is close to the sandy bays of Colwell and Totland

Located on a quiet lane this bungalow is close to the sandy bays of Colwell and Totland. Totland itself is a small seaside village and neighbouring Colwell Bay is where you ll find wonderful views of the mainland and the historic coastal defences. Much of the nearby coastal area is owned by the National Trust making it a wonderful walking area. In the centre of the nearby town of Freshwater there are a variety of shops including a small supermarket public houses and a sports centre with indoor swimming pool. Entering the bungalow there is a lovely kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer walk-in pantry and a pleasant dining area. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided in a small utility area. The living area with comfortable seating and TV/DVD is a particularly light room with large window and patio doors opening out onto a secluded courtyard section of the extensive garden. A small conservatory room adjoins the living area with its own set of patio doors opening on to the courtyard. A wonderful place to sit relax read or daydream at any time of year. There are three bedrooms: the first is a double bedroom with king-size bed the second is a slightly smaller double bedroom and the third is a bunk bedroom. There is a bathroom with shower over the bath and a WC. There is a second separate WC. Outside a wonderfully large garden is made up of a lawn surrounded by pretty shrubs. It is surrounded by walls and hedging but is not securely enclosed. Garden furniture is provided to enjoy the delights of al fresco dining. Off-road parking for at least two cars is available in the drive. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 king size double, 1 double, 1 bunk bedroom. 1 bathroom 1 bathroom with shower over the bath and a WC, 1 WC. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Electric and central heating included. Towels included . Off road parking for at least 2 cars. Wi Fi included. Two dogs are welcome. Short walk to shop, pub and restaurant. TV/DVD in living area. The garden is surrounded by walls and hedging but is not securely enclosed.
