Located in the English Riviera town of Brixham and is just a short walk from the harbour. The town has a long standing maritime history and the harbour remains the heart of it offering visitors a choice of boat trips from relaxing tours of Torbay accompanied fishing trips and a regular service across the bay to the resort town of Torquay. There is plenty to see and do from beaches and restaurants and even a fascinating replica of Sir Francis Drake s ship The Golden Hind. Further afield the towns of Paignton and Torquay are also popular destinations with visitors and other attractions include the golden sandy beaches a zoo an aquarium and a wonderful steam railway which runs through the Dart Valley. On entering this newly refurbished three-storey property you will find yourself on the first floor which consists of two bedrooms a utility cupboard and the family bathroom. The first of the two bedrooms on this floor is a light and airy twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) the second bedroom is a double which offers panoramic views over Brixham. The utility cupboard offers a washing machine. Completing this floor is the bathroom which offers a shower over bath and WC. Heading on up to the second floor you will find the snug where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular panoramic views over Brixham. Finishing this floor is the master bedroom a spacious room which consists of a king-size bed Smart TV and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Heading down the stairs to the ground floor you are greeted by the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner the fabulous lounge area allows you to sit back and relax amongst the rich soft furnishings and watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV or just enjoy a catch up with family and friends. The wonderful open-plan kitchen/diner is the perfect back drop for catching up whilst cooking up a storm in the delightful kitchen area. The kitchen offers an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Venture outside to the small enclosed rear garden which offers a bistro set great for those morning coffees. Brixham is busy fishing village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.. Many of the amenities and cottages in Brixham are accessed via steps some of which can be steep.. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.. There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Brixham do not have private parking. However, alternative parking is available in local carparks..
