The property itself boasts direct pedestrian access to the adjacent Royal North Devon Golf Club where guests enjoy free social membership during their stay as well as use of the bar and restaurant. The nearby town of Bideford provides a pannier market and from the pretty quay you can enjoy a trip to Lundy Island on the famous Oldenburg. Other attractions in the area include the fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly Instow Hartland Abbey and Quay Tapeley Park The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. As you enter the property a small entrance hall leads straight through to an inner hall with a compact yet well-equipped kitchen to your left here you will find an electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer.
