Lovingly restored three-storey townhouse in the heart of Maryport just a stone s throw to the beach town and marina. The property has lots of character and has retained lots of original features. There are plenty of activities in the local area to suit all the family. Why not visit the aquarium or try your skilla at click and climb indoor climbing centre. Walking in the front door you will enter the welcoming hallway. Your eye will be drawn towards the lovely staircase and stained glass window on the landing. On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and induction hob dishwasher fridge and freezer. Next door there is a formal dining room with lovely views over the square and open fire. Heading up to the first floor you will find a double bedroom with en-suite with shower and WC. There is also the unique feature of an open fire at the foot of the bath perfect to kick back and relax after a day out walking and exploring the lakes! There is also a storage cupboard where you will find a washing machine. From the ground floor there is access out into a private courtyard which has seating and a charcoal BBQ.
