This stylish holiday cottage is located on a quiet development close to the beach at Camber Sands. Camber is the perfect location for a beach holiday no matter what you like to do. Children will love the miles of golden sand whilst adults will enjoy the chance to relax or try their hand at beach sports including kite surfing. For those who want a break from the beach the beautiful town of Rye is just a short drive away drive and has much to offer to visitors with its numerous independent boutiques and plenty of places to eat from beautiful old pubs to fine dining restaurants and cafe-bars. A warm welcome awaits on the ground floor of this bright and airy cottage you will find the first of the bedrooms a spacious double with views over the garden a separate snug with a sofa perfect for curling up with a good book and with patio doors that lead out into the garden and a separate WC. There is also a washing machine located in a cupboard on this floor. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with comfy sofas surrounding the TV/DVD and patio doors that lead out onto the balcony. Enjoy preparing family meals in the kitchen which is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher before dining at the table with seating for all. Take the stairs to the second floor where the remaining two bedrooms can be found a master bedroom with a king-size bed built in wardrobe and en-suite shower and WC and a children s bunk bed room.
