This delightful cottage is situated in the charming and peaceful village of Docking just few miles from a variety of wonderful sandy beaches of the north Norfolk coastline including Wells-next-the-Sea and Hunstanton. Also located close by is Brancaster beach boasting miles and miles of unspoilt golden sand as far as the eye can see. Other local attractions that are a must see include the royal residence of Sandringham House Holkham Hall and its Estate Castle Acre and Houghton Hall set in 450 acres of deer park. For Nature-lovers the RSPB reserve at Titchwell and Snettisham Coastal Park offer a fantastic day out. Guests will enter this charming cottage and arrive into a hall which has doors to the lounge/dining room and kitchen. The spacious and light-filled lounge has two comfortable sofas TV/DVD and a CD Player and an electric fire perfect for a family to relax. Should you wish to dine in then there is a table and seating for everyone. The kitchen is well-equipped boasting an electric oven and induction hob a microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher there is also a breakfast table with seating for 4 and access to the rear garden via the stable door. From the kitchen there is a separate handy utility room which houses the washing machine. Heading back to the entrance of the property and up the stairs you have access to three bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower over bath WC. The first bedroom is a double with a TV wardrobe and dressing table. The second bedroom has a small double bed with a wardrobe. The third bedroom is a single with a wardrobe. There is a small enclosed garden area to the rear of the property which can be accessed via the French doors in the living area or stable door in the kitchen area with table and chairs available for up to five guests and a BBQ should you wish to enjoy some al fresco style dining with views across the open field. There is private off-road parking for up to two cars. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 double, 1 small double and 1 single. 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
