Situated on the North Devon Coast Path and the Tarka Trail the property is in an ideal location for walkers dog owners and cyclists. The ancient port and market town of Bideford where you can catch MS Oldenburg to Lundy Island is an easy walk down the quayside. The local area offers a selection of attractions including The Milky Way the Big Sheep Tapeley Park and Gardens Dartington Crystal and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. Step inside the property on the ground floor to find yourself in the entrance hall leading to the kitchen and small dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need during your stay and comprises an electric oven electric hob fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The small breakfast table makes the perfect spot for a cup of coffee. Heading further towards the rear of the property leads you to the conservatory which features a lovely dining area and additional seating to relax whilst taking in the views from the estuary. As a bonus the double doors open and extend the space making this the perfect spot to relax in the evening with your favourite drink. Moving upstairs will bring you to the three bedrooms a spacious king-size bedroom a twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request) and a cosy single bedroom. Also on the first floor is a family bathroom which comprises of a shower over the bath and WC. Moving outside the property and at the rear is a lovely courtyard patio area complete with BBQ to make the most of those sunny days and this has direct access to the riverside path for even more beautiful views over the River Torridge.
