A short drive away from the pretty beach towns of Croyde Woolacombe and Saunton this is the perfect base to explore North Devon and the many destinations by the sea. There is plenty to do in the area for all the family with the traditional coastal villages of Ilfracombe Lynton and Lynmouth all within 20 miles with lots of little shops to visit and picturesque harbours. The town of Barnstaple is a 10-mile drive and has a range of leisure facilities such as a swimming pool and cinema perfect for a rainy day. Other attractions close by include Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park Exmoor National Park National Trust s Arlington Court Marwood Hill Gardens and miles of coast path perfect for walking. Step inside the beautiful property through the conservatory entrance where you will be greeted by plenty of seating for relaxing and can enjoy the sunshine beaming in. Moving through the entrance hall to the right will bring you to the spacious living room complete with a Smart TV and wood burner perfect for those cosy evenings after a long day whilst you catch up on some entertainment. The next room off the entrance hall is a convenient utility room with a washing machine and WC and the last room on the ground floor is a stunning kitchen and dining area the perfect spot to cook up a family meal with plenty of space for all guests to eat together in front of the second wood burner. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. Heading upstairs to the first floor leads you to the three bedrooms the first being a very roomy super-king-size bedroom complete with a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. The second bedroom is a wonderful king-size room with a TV and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC and to complete the property the last bedroom is a twin bedroom with low-slung beds (can be made into a king-size on request) with a TV and it also has an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Outside there is an enclosed patio area with seating for guests to enjoy the outdoors and space for your four-legged friends stretch their legs. There is a small parking spot next to the entrance gate of the property with additional street parking available in the village (subject to availability).
