A short distance from the fabulous beaches stunning cliffs and sheltered coves of the North Cornish coast. Many traditional fishing villages and quaint seaside towns are within easy reach. Fun days out can be enjoyed at the many local attractions such as Port Isaac Boscastle Padstow Tintagel with its Arthurian legend the Launceston and Bodmin steam railways and many more. A little further afield the likes of the Eden Project Newquay and Lands End are not to be missed. Inside the sympathetically converted property provides comfortable accommodation. On arrival you will be welcomed with a delicious cream tea in the property s lounge/diner perhaps whilst browsing the selection of books. Also in this room you will find the Smart TV DVD and DAB radio all of which you can enjoy from the comfortable seating. The property s kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic hob electric oven microwave fridge freezer and washer/dryer. On the first floor of the property are the three bedrooms: a king and two twins. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. There is a further WC on the ground floor. Outside the property benefits from its own private decked area for which a BBQ is available on request. In addition guests are able to enjoy the farm s 20 acres of grounds including the secret garden with seating and fire pit as well as the indoor soft play area outdoor play area and the games room with pool table table tennis and table football. A highlight for many guests is the opportunity to meet and feed the resident animals. Footpaths lead from the property straight to Bodmin Moor. There is ample off-road parking available. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome more by prior arrangement. Dogs are not permitted from 17th July - 28th August 2021 and from 16th July - 29th August 2022. Please note dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in the grounds. Need to know: 3 bedrooms: 1 king and 2 twins. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC, separate WC. Electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washer/dryer. Smart TV, DVD, and DAB radio. 2 dogs at additional charge regret dogs not permitted from 17th July 28th August 2021 and from 16th July 27th August 2022. Onsite games room, soft play and outside play area. Animals onsite. Wi fi included. Bed linen, towels (not beach towels), electric and central heating included. Cream tea on arrival. Ample off road parking. Beach 7 miles, shop 4 miles and pub 2 miles. In line with current Government guidelines the games room, soft play and animal feeding will be restricted to one household at a time .
