This property enjoys a quiet rural location closed to the Devon/Cornwall border just a short distance from the cattle market town of Holsworthy where a range of shops and tearooms can be found in the town s square. Just eight miles to the west of the property is the popular Cornish seaside resort of Bude with its choice of sandy beaches a tidal pool shops cafes and a mini-golf course. Further along the Cornish coast yet still within easy reach there are plenty of interesting places to explore including: the picturesque harbour village of Boscastle; historic Tintagel home to the legendary King Arthur; and the beautiful beaches of Widemouth Bay and Crackington Haven. This barn conversion property one-of-two situated on this 150 acre estate provides comfortable accommodation for six guests. On the ground floor the spacious lounge offers a relaxing place to unwind with its patio doors sofa seating and TV/DVD. The kitchen/diner another generously sized room has a dining table seating six as well as an oven and hob microwave fridge dishwasher and radio. A separate utility room houses the freezer washing machine and tumble dryer. One of the property s three bedrooms is located on the ground floor: a super-king bedroom with additional single bed (which can be made up as three single beds on request at the time of booking). Conveniently located for guests using this bedroom is the ground floor wet room and WC. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms: a double and two single rooms. The first floor bathroom offers a bath and WC. Outside there is an enclosed garden immediately outside the property for which a BBQ and garden furniture can be provided. The relaxing private hot tub is also out here offering a wonderful place to lie back and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Guests are also able to explore the extensive grounds including the picturesque fishing lake and the shared games barn with pool table and table tennis. Ample off-road parking is provided. Need to know: 4 bedrooms: 1 super king bedroom with additional single bed (ground floor), 1 double, and 2 singles. 1 ground floor wet room with WC, 1 bathroom with bath and WC. Ample off road parking. Beach 8 miles, shops and pubs 1 mile. In line with current government guidance the games barn will be available on a rota basis.
