Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

All properties on Pets are welcome accept dogs.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Please remember to include all the pets that will be accompanying you at the time of booking so that the property owner is expecting you and your pet.

Where there is a charge for taking your pet, this will be made clear on the property owners' website, and at the time of booking.

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen offering a range with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, a utility with a washer/dryer and fridge/freezer, a dining room with seating for 12 people and a woodburning stove, a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove, along with a snug offering a woodburning stove and selection of books. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with a TV and en-suite shower room, a double with a TV and en-suite bathroom, two doubles with TVs and en-suite shower rooms, a ground-floor twin with TV and en-suite bathroom, along with a twin hosting a TV. Outside, there is a rear lawn and off-road parking for six cars. Within 5.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 mile, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well-behaved pets are welcome at the property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for the woodburning stoves, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost.
