This attractive brick and chalk home has been carefully prepared to give guests a luxurious, comfortable stay. The superbly appointed kitchen, luxury bathrooms and views of the coast combine to make a stay at Lynwood a unique and memorable time. The living areas have the advantage of space and provide bi-fold doors that lead you to the quiet, enclosed garden at the rear of the property. You will also have several dining options, both inside and out, with a generous dining room adjacent to the kitchen, with a bi-fold door giving access to the raised balcony seating on the seaward side. With the many options provided, you should never be far away from a sunny spot. Lynwood not only offers an impressive amount of space inside, but also in its enclosed rear garden, where you will find the mature planting provides you with a private, protected spot to enjoy a good glass of wine and a book. If you seek yet more views of the coast, you can enjoy using the balcony area at the front of the property.

The location of the Lynwood places you directly in the heart of one of the most popular villages in the North Norfolk Area of Natural Beauty. The benefit of this also extends to the many fantastic options that you have on the door step, two of which are less than a 5-minute walk; The Jolly Sailors and The White Horse . A short drive increases this selection 10-fold, so you will never be short of great options while staying in Brancaster. The village also has a small post office and fishmonger, while neighbouring Burnham Deepdale has a larger shop and petrol station. Other notable local options include Brancaster Golf Club, known nationally to offer a stiff challenge, with slightly more forgiving alternatives at Old Hunstanton and Sheringham. If the natural world is more enticing, a trip with David Brown at Branta Cruises will get you out onto the nature reserve at Scolt Head Island, with David as your local guide. For a more gentle day out, the RSPB reserves at Titchwell and Snettisham also deserve special mention, as both can provide breath-taking spectacles, whatever the time of year.

Additional Information:
Although dogs are not allowed to stay at the cottage, the owner's dog does visit from time to time.
