Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Please remember to include all the pets that will be accompanying you at the time of booking so that the property owner is expecting you and your pet.

Just 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and High Street, Number 22 is the perfect escape for a relaxing break at any time of the year. It has all the comforts of home with a wood burning stove, open plan living area, two comfortable double bedrooms and a south-facing courtyard garden.

Number 22 is a cosy and spacious, light and airy terraced character cottage, ideal for year-round holidays and short breaks. The living space has an open plan dining and sitting area leading through to the kitchen at the back of the cottage. The bathroom leads off the kitchen. Upstairs the master bedroom at the front of the cottage gets the morning sun and is light and airy. The second bedroom has views to the rear of the cottage. Number 22 has been thoughtfully decorated and fitted out to provide you with a home from home while you explore the beautiful Suffolk Coast.

The courtyard at the back of the cottage is enclosed and catches the sun in the afternoon and evening, making it a lovely spot to enjoy a sundowner. There is a brick built barbecue and garden furniture to allow you to enjoy the outdoor space.

Please note: Number 22 can be booked as a Sleeps 6 option or a Sleeps 4 option. The third bedroom is locked when the Sleeps 4 option is booked. This holiday at a glance
