Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Number 22 is a cosy and spacious, light and airy terraced character cottage, ideal for year-round holidays and short breaks. Thoughtfully decorated and equipped throughout, it features an open plan living and dining area which leads into a modern kitchen and onto a pretty, sunny courtyard garden. The stylish master bedroom benefits from the morning sun and is spacious and airy, whilst the second double bedroom has views over the rear garden. Off this bedroom is a smaller bunk room, perfect for children.

In the warmer summer months, enjoy dining alfresco and cook up a treat on the large brick-built barbecue. With the sun in the garden through the afternoon and evening, it's a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the local area.

Please note: Number 22 can be booked as a Sleeps 6 option or a Sleeps 4 option. The third bedroom is locked when the Sleeps 4 option is booked. This holiday at a glance

Please be advised, property is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge and to be kept to ground floor). Minimum two night stay.
