This charming cottage is the ideal retreat for families who are looking to explore the wonderful countryside in this popular part of Devon, with opportunities for enjoyable walks right from the door step. The accommodation is cleverly styled to make the most of the characterful features, but with contemporary furnishings throughout and there is ample space for all the family. On the ground floor, there is a country-style kitchen with breakfast bar and stools and a table and chairs. As you continue through the ground floor there is a dining room, a well-appointed sitting room, a spacious utility and laundry room and a large shower room. The first floor of the cottage includes the four bedrooms; a super-king size, two doubles and a single and there is an impressive family bathroom with a separate shower enclosure.

To make the most of the special location, there is a garden terrace in front of the cottage which is ideal for enjoying alfresco dining. Nearby, sitting above a large grassed garden fringed with woodland, there is a timber cabin with further garden seating, a second dining table, fire pit/barbecue. With the popular seaside towns of Lyme Regis and Seaton just a 30 minute drive away, or the cathedral city of Exeter just 40 minutes away, Quantock Farm is the ideal location for coast or country or enjoying family time together. The wood burning stove at the cottage is regrettably not in use. There are steep stairs leading to the first floor. There are two steps down into bedroom three. There is a step into the utility room. There are low door frames leading into the bedrooms. The entrance lane is shared with other properties. Off-street parking for four cars.
