All properties on Pets are welcome accept dogs.

Pets are accepted on the understanding that they are always kept under control and exercised off the premises. They should be kept out of bedrooms and off the furniture and they must never be left in the property unattended.

Please remember to include all the pets that will be accompanying you at the time of booking so that the property owner is expecting you and your pet.

Where there is a charge for taking your pet, this will be made clear on the property owners' website, and at the time of booking.

Seaspray is located in a quiet location, within walking distance of the sandy beach at Old Hunstanton, and in close proximity to a links golf course and a Michelin starred restaurant. This spacious, open-plan property is ideal for a large family and or a group of friends, and dog friendly too.

The ground floor comprises of an modern open-plan living area including a well-equipped kitchen, large dining table seating all guests, and a relaxed sitting area with wood burning stove and Smart television with wireless sound system. Underfloor heating throughout ensures year-round warmth and comfort. Two sets of bi-folding doors expand the living space out onto the enclosed garden, making this the perfect space for celebrations and get togethers. Finishing off the ground floor is a luxurious wet room and a useful utility/laundry room.

A bespoke oak staircase leads up to the first floor where four sumptuous bedrooms await; with the master bedroom boasting a super-king size zip and link bed, which can be converted to twin single beds if required, Smart television and an en-suite shower room. Bedrooms two has a king-size bed and Smart television, bedroom three a double, and bedroom four has bunk beds suitable for children. These bedrooms have shared access to a first floor family bathroom and the ground floor wet room.

Outside, the fully enclosed terrace garden provides a fabulous space for al-fresco dining with garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue and sun loungers to fully enjoy those big blue sky, sunny Norfolk days.

If you are interested in booking a hot tub for the duration or part of your stay, do let us know and we can put you in touch with a local company who can deliver and set-up for you in advance of your arrival.
