This spectacular six bedroom holiday home is ideal for family holidays or groups of friends getting together. Spindrift is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with the sandy beach at Old Hunstanton, the town’s famous Link golf course and a Michelin-starred restaurant all in easy walking distance.

This spectacular house has been completely renovated throughout, transforming it in to an impressively high end holiday home with eco-friendly credentials such as underfloor heating and packed with technology and smart gadgets from top to bottom. Located in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac, the sandy beach at Old Hunstanton, the town’s famous Link golf course and a Michelin-starred restaurant are all within easy walking distance.

Sleeping a total of 14 guests in six bedrooms, two of which are located on the ground floor, this spacious accommodation is ideal for family holidays or groups of friends getting together. Just one of many highlights, is the fantastic outdoor entertaining space with covered outdoor dining area and built in gas barbecue, lighting and heaters, as well as a separate timber-framed games room with pool/table tennis table, television and dart board.

The ground floor open-plan living area has been furnished with sumptuous modern décor including a stunning feature fireplace with wood burning stove and an oak and glass open tread staircase with illuminated steps. There’s plenty of space to get comfortable, be it in front of the wall mounted Smart TV in the elegant sitting room, or in the light-filled garden room with bi-fold doors that open onto the garden. The well-designed kitchen has every appliance and gadget you could wish for and there’s a large dining table with views on to the garden that can comfortably accommodate all 14 guests.

Downstairs are two luxury en-suite bedrooms, one of which is mobility friendly. Upstairs there are four more bedrooms, all of which offer modern comfort and luxurious high quality bed linen. The master bedroom even boasts a large sun deck with distant views of the sea. This house comes with many mod cons such as ultra-fast fibre broadband, a wireless sound system, smart televisions and remote controlled blinds. There’s even ambient and mood lighting to suit all occasions. The outside space at this property lends itself to a hot tub.
